Hydrogen Impact Score (HIS)

To track and communicate progress and ensure transparency, RMHF will publish the Hydrogen Impact Score (HIS) – a rigorous 100-point metric:

  • Environmental Impact – GHG reductions, fossil fuel displacement, hydrogen output.

  • Innovation Index – Technology breakthroughs and recognition.

  • Partnership Strength – Quality and reach of collaborations.

  • Economic Benefit – Jobs created, investment leveraged, economic activity.

  • Donor Value – HIS scorecards are issued quarterly, along with dashboards, executive briefings and  public acknowledgments across all RMHF communications. 

Fundraising & Engagement Strategy

Six Strategic Phases

  1. Mission Alignment – Sharp vision, communications toolkit (decks, videos, brochures)

  2. Target Outreach – To foundations, corporations, philanthropists, and clean tech champions

  3. Relationship Development – Personalized engagement and university-hosted roundtables

  4. Signature Events – Annual Hydrogen Summit, private donor receptions, project tours

  5. Transparency & Recognition – Regular impact updates, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, donor naming rights

  6. Digital Strategy – Online campaigns, impact updates, crowdfunding, and donor spotlights
